JobRanger is a job search platform that brings application tracking, resume building, cover letters, interviews, and analytics into one place, instead of scattering them across spreadsheets and disconnected tools.
Core features
- Application Tracker. Log every job, move it through a clear status pipeline, and always know where every opportunity stands.
- Resume Builder. Ten professional templates, AI writing assist, deep scoring that tells you exactly what to fix, and clean PDF and Word export.
- Cover Letter Generator. Feed it your resume and the job description, choose your tone, pick your model, and get a targeted draft in seconds.
- Interview Hub. Log every interview, sync with Google Calendar, and keep all your prep notes attached to the right application.
- Analytics. Response rate, interview rate, ghosting rate, and a full conversion funnel for measuring what’s working.
- Robin AI. An AI chat assistant that lives inside the dashboard, understands your job search data, and lets you manage your pipeline through conversation.
- Data Portability. Import from spreadsheets, export to CSV, Excel, or JSON at any time.
Background
Most job seekers track applications in a spreadsheet, build resumes in one tool, write cover letters in another, and prep for interviews in their head. None of it is connected, so things get lost. JobRanger puts all of it in one place.
Current status
JobRanger is functional and open for use. You can register, log in, and use the full free tier. Application tracking, resume creation, the interview hub, analytics, and resume export are all available. Paid plan upgrades are not yet enabled. The official launch is targeted for Q4 2026.
Pricing model
The free tier includes unlimited application tracking, unlimited resume creation, the interview hub, analytics, and free resume export. Paid plans (Seeker at $7/month and Ranger at $15/month) will unlock AI credits for Robin, all ten resume templates, and features like autonomous job sourcing.
